About

As both a designer and software developer, I know I’m at a uniquely potent intersection in the field of technology. I will never cease to be amazed at the breadth of problems that software and design can create solutions for, ever iterating to better deal with today’s problems. I am competent in full-stack Swift development, from design to prototype to app to back-end services. I’m always working to grow my breadth and depth of knowledge as a developer, and I thoroughly enjoy doing so. Most of my work has been done in Swift for iOS and Linux, and I’m currently working on a project of mine, Follk, for which I’ve designed + developed an iOS app and its backend. In everything I’ve been working on lately, I’ve used the declarative framework SwiftUI. 

My firm belief in the power of the aesthetic of a product propels and delights me to grow as a designer. Both as systematic, structured procedures as well as wild, creative endeavors, design continues to intrigue me as it redefines and informs how I view the world. 

I’m passionate about contributing to positive forces in the world, whether that be for the progress of environmental, social, racial, or economic justice – or other good stuff! I absorb information and adapt quickly, yet I know there is still a lot I’ve yet to learn, and I’m eager to learn and grow more.
